Jay Miranda joined Chipman 15 years ago and has taken the lead on the firm’s retail and restaurant design prototypes. He is an expert in expanding corporate programs for clients such as Houlihan’s, Chick-fil-A and Cucinova as well as the renewed food court at O’Hare’s International Terminal by Areas.
Daniel Tessarolo‘s career spans over 20 years. He lends his invaluable experience to the firm, supervising national accounts and directing project teams to achieve the clients’ vision within schedule and budget. He has successfully completed multi-unit restaurant design projects.
Matthew Lynn‘s 15-year background in Chipman has proven his outstanding project management skills on important national restaurant programs. He helped create many innovative prototypical designs, leading our restaurant designers through dynamic program expansions, launching several flagship locations throughout the United States and Canada
Janina Kojs has been 19 years with Chipman Design and coordinates many of its national expansion programs. She is currently in charge of the restaurant designers team for Noodles & Company, a group of talented professionals that can work on 50 projects in parallel, yearly.
Ariel Delao is masters codes and municipal regulations affecting restaurant design in the US and Canada, and brings a high level of expertise in kitchen layout and space planning. He has worked with corporate clients on their expansion programs including Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, Chick-fil-A, Epic Burger, Boston Market, Mongolian Barbecue, Kinko’s, Gateway Computers and Blockbuster Video.
